How to request a refund:

If you have tried the system (Notion template, PDF, or Planner) and find that it does not fit your workflow, we will happily issue a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Just follow these 2 simple steps:

  1. Email us at support@focusly.com within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your Order Number and a brief explanation of why it didn't work for you (your feedback helps us improve!).

Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please note: By requesting a refund, your license to use the digital files is revoked, and you must delete any downloaded files or Notion templates.
